Current Braintree Cooperative clients will access their accounts through the South Shore Bank Online & Mobile Banking systems beginning February 20th at 7:00 am.
To access your account the first time, simply follow the steps below (click here for a printable version of these instructions):
Step 1: Visit SouthShoreBank.com and click the GREEN “Access My Account” button located in the main navigation menu
Step 2: To login, click the ORANGE Consumer Online Banking Login button.
NOTE: All current Braintree Cooperative Online Banking clients will be migrated to the Consumer Online Banking platform at the time of the conversion. Business clients will move to the Business Online Banking system at a later date.
Step 3: Login using your existing Braintree Cooperative User ID and Password. You will be prompted to change your password after your initial login.
Step 4: Change your Password as directed.
Step 5: Accept the terms and conditions, and establish new challenge questions.
Step 6: Once you login, you will need to set up your eStatement access in the South Shore Bank system as it will not carry over in the conversion.
NOTE: Before using the South Shore Bank Mobile App, you must login to Online Banking to reset your challenge questions noted above.
